We identify operational inefficiencies in a business and implement technology that improves
its profitability.

1. Find: we identify where manual work, fragmented software and inefficient processes are
   costing the business money.
2. Fix: we build and deploy the technology that removes that cost or creates new revenue.
3. Prove: we measure the result against an agreed baseline, so you can see exactly what changed.

We do this work inside the business ourselves, alongside its management. AI is one of the tools
we use where it fits; the point is the financial result.

We typically start with a fixed-fee engagement. Once results are proven, future engagements can
include performance-based compensation, equity, or carry.
